At our April 5th dog walk event, we are thrilled to once again feature the Spring2ACTion Nonprofit Village, where a collection of impactful local organizations will be on hand to share valuable resources about philanthropy in and around Alexandria.
ACT for Alexandria’s annual giving day – Spring2ACTion – happens on April 9th, so come out to the Walk to explore tables hosted by area nonprofits and learn how you can contribute to the community.
Even more impressive, these nonprofits are also making an effort to learn about and host plastic-free event tables – the billion dollar events industry produces loads of billions of plastic items that cannot be recycled.
